Tutorial - Setting the board for milling
1 - Install a sacrificial board:
Before you install your PCB board on the Roland bed, you have to make sure there is a sacrificial board. When you drill and cut the outline of the board, the end mill will have to go deeper than your board and if you do not use a sacrificial board, the end mill will break on the bed of the machine. So you use the same process as the CNC. You must add a sacrificial layer.
You can fix the sacrificial board to the bed with double sided tape.

Flip the bed and make sure the sacrificial board covers the origin point identified by a hole in the corner.
2 - Install your PCB Board:
Fix your board to the sacrificial board with double sided-tape. Put at least 5 lines of it, as the end mill will put a lot of pressure on your board and will make it move if you did not put enough tape to hold it.

Fix the bed back to the machine.
